I notice activity here is slow to say the least. I understand this time of year all are busy with family & other things. Kinda like past threads, Where Ya Live?? Whats your Hobbies?? Well,, Whats everyone doing???? Just wondering what my Buds are up too? (Im still playing with my airguns) He He!! Tim.
Finally got a Beeman sighted in today the way I like it.
The Diana should behere from the Tuna anyday.
Staples out of the leg last Thursday.
Pretty much just "Laying-to".
rainy season started and construction is still going on, so we're busy just trying to avoid being swamped over by rains, let alone advance.
Have tried to sight in my D-54 with a new-to-me Leapers 3-9 X 42 and the Bug-buster has gone on top of an R-9 for my girlfriend. But we have not been able to shoot any for a month or so.
Well, that's why life has been boring. This weekend I have to go to México City, so I will not be able to shoot any.
Apart from that, we are in good health and enjoying the forum!
I,m in the heating and cooling buss. and this last weeks heatwave has me working 10 -12 hour days.Still try to squeeze off a couple shots a day though.Mostly brfore I go to work. Can,t forget about mowing the two acre yard every three to four days!
The weather here has been nothing but wind and rain for days so I've been hanging around the house. I have about 35 airpistols and some get used more than others. I usually practice with my P5s and HW45s so I thought I should dig out some of the lesser used ones to make sure they still work. I haven't shot my Crosman Peacemaker in years and I'm pretty surprised at the small groups I got with it. I think I have another dozen pistols to check out before I'm done.
Family Obligations of all sorts, right now am having a couple of Grandkids visiting, some Dr's appts, some yardwork ( I finally got myself a Yard Tractor and some attachments), trying to prep my boat, Ham Radio, and many Honey-do's.
Doggone La-Nina conditions have had the winds pushing 45mph! Can't do any shooting doggonit!
Been watching it rain, and rain., and rain some more

Weather's been terrible. Get a little pest shooting in and then more rain. Working on getting a small barn built as well. Upgrading old stereo system that feeds the shop and patio. Got the old Pioneer receiver tuned up and a set of 1970 Sansui SP 2000 speakers. New CD changer too. Can you tell I'm into old crap?
"but I'll be needin' that gun, fer squirrels and such."
Those Sansui's the ones with the woodwork lattice fronts?

Man, they were all the rage when I was stationed out of Pearl. Guys would buy the amps and speakers in Guam. Good buddy had a Kenwood Jumbo and a large pair of those. Probably still does. Where else you going to find cabinetry like that these days? Like a fine old airgun. (Had to make an airgun reference there somewhere.)
I did manage to get away for a long 4-day wknd to PA, but that means I have work harder to catch up now..
Hey RedFeather, you and your wife be careful not to pop up your head in my back yard or I may think you 're another groundhog and shot it off! I now have 21 g-hog nest holes on my property and after having shot 5 g-hogs this past couple of weeks, I still see active burrows with dirt outside of them. Better carry a white flag on a stick and push that through first so I know it's you
For the strangest reason I am having movie flashes of the scenes toward the end of the movie Caddyshack where the groundskeeper (Bill Murray) declares open warfare on the cute lil innocent groundhog. hmm... <shakes it off> sorry Harry must be the weather or something, you were saying about the groundhogs?
