I'm thinking of CNC machining up some T 05 triggers up. I know some of you guys would like to get your hands on one or two. I do not want to be the one taking orders for these. And would only make them if I could find someone that wants to take on that task. Also besides the second adjustment screw what else would be wanted maybe a straighter blade? And I may make them out of SS vs. AL do to the steel tab thats on the plastic one now. I think that a matte glass bead silver finish would look good.
I have access to the original T-01 Kueng trigger design

in AutoCAD.
I need to fish it out of one of my old computers, but I think can get it. I think we could use it with Danny's blessing, as long as nobody made any money out of the venture and we kept it strictly between friends (those were the original conditions to release the design to me in the first place).
If anyone has access to Waterjet cutting machinery or Plasma cutting machinery, plus some finishing elbow's grease, it could be done. Perhaps the trick is to subscribe to the triggers on a semi-finished level. Dunno, I am open to ideas.
I have CNC Laser, Plasma, 4 & 5 axis mills and Turning centers. I was just going to put the factory part on the CMM and build a file off that. The harder part would be in the tooling to cut 8-10 parts at a time.
I don't have any way to help out, but please count me in for one if somebody can make them. For what it's worth, I would prefer unfinished, then I can do with it what I like. However, I'll take what I can get!
