The model 40, which I only find listed at Airguns USA. Seems this is the 34 with a recoil pad and muzzlebrake. Any input on this model welcome as well.....
that sells to the public. They do not service guns. That said, they have always been quick and accurate in my dealings with them.I have purchased several guns from them and have never had a problem.I recommend them highly. The 48 is a sweet high power springer that is very accurate after break-in and the mod.40 is as you stated a 34 without sights. The 34 takes some practice to master, but once you have it's an excellent gun that if well cared for will last and serve a lifetime.
Is it a "special" for aiguns usa? A discontinued model? I'd really like to get a basic 34 with a recoil pad! Been considering the panther and meistershutz to get the recoil pad....But the 40 is looking pretty good....
but the 34 Panther pro compact is a sweet rifle. You get the droop compensated scope mount, scope and carbine length barrel for under $300 from AG USA.I don't know if the 40 was or is a special designation just for them or if they just came up with it themselves...
I love that plastic stock, no nicks, bangs, scratches etc. its just a 34 with a different stock the rear butt is hollow, take the butt pad out and fill with foam it reduces some vibration
8.2 pounds, 19.5 barrel lenght and 46 inches long and you can get 650-700 ish FPS with different pellets
bought mine Refurbished from UMAREX for $130.00, tune parts $60.00 (with a little bit help from my friends) Barska scope 3 X 9 X 40 $70.00. total $260.00
fun to shoot and don't have to worry about scratches on the plastic stock
warren
and remember "it's 30% the gun and 70% the shooter"
I like the Panther stock better than the standard 34 wood stock.Better grip, feel and no worries about dinging it up.Now if Diana would offer the carbine length Panther in .22...
