I left a message as I assume you won't get a live person in thier service department to answer the phone. I need some seals, stock main springs and a few other items. Anyway, I thought I read here from others that Umarex finally returned calls after a few days. Darn it! I need those parts so I am not so patient. Does it do any good to call again?
with response from Umarex here (although I only called once or twice.) I never had to leave a message. When I got someone, the service was prompt and efficient.
They are tough to get a hold of. But they did call me back this after noon , although I missed the call.
My trigger brike the other day,Very bizzare,I have no clue as to why.Never even heard of it happening.
But my gun is under warrenty,So I considered sending it back to get fixed. but I figured I dont want to waste my 20 to ship it and get it back in 3 weeks , So I orderd the parts myself .and Ill have up and Shooting in 3-4 days.
I called about one of their closeout specials once

then twice, then three times. It took them over a week to get me connected to a live person. Wasn't too happy about their customer service in that respect.
