on that leapers mount? what hight (low, med high?). did you have any zeroing issues with that setup?

new Leapers drooper mount designed for all the RWS sidelevers and the rings are the Weaver picatinny style MEDIUM rings that Tom Gaylord recommended to me. I haven't tried the low rings, but I have a hunch they would work with slight clearance left between the scope and rifle. I'm tempted to order some just to try, but this set up gives me excellent eye position, eye relief, etc...

Once I mounted this combo, my first shot was 1" down and 1" to the left at 30yrds and took literally about 5 minutes to zero. I now have it zeroed at 40 yrds and have even played around with different zeros all the way out to 100yrds with absolutely no problems. I've had no issues whatsoever with this setup. The only issues I have at all with the rifle and accuracy is that the rifle is a little finicky about the pellets it likes, however CP's are tack drivers.

I can't wait to get this rifle tuned to see what it is truly cabable of...

Superb looking combo ! I will ask my friend Warren to place some pictures of my 48 with the Gentilini ( Ginb. ) style 16 stock in Sono Kembang wood when it's finished. I still use the Dampa mount on the heavy recoil giving 48 in .177 Not all the mounts used in the USA are for sale in "the old world". Best regards from Johannis.

Thanks a bunch, I'm sorry you can't get this mount easily outside of the U.S. it is really great and solves all issues. I'll look forward to seeing your pics!
