Don't know for sure if this means that Diana will sell the new trigger as a replacement part or not for sure, but it looks like they might. Below is the text I sent to them and their response. Looks like I'll have to wait until July to find out for sure. Will contact them again to find out what is going on. Was surprised at how fast they responded. I sent the email on Saturday and got their response today, Tuesday.

Original email:

Just a quick question. I noticed in your new catalog that the 56TH has a metal trigger. Is this trigger model specific, being that it is only used on this particular model? Also noted the same trigger on the 470TH. I thought that these 2 new models look very similar to the 54 and 460. Specs as far as performance mirrors them. Was wondering if this new trigger assembly could be installed into existing rifles. I have one of the 54's which has the T05 trigger and love it but would be very interested in upgrading to the new metal trigger if this is possible. Is this possible and if so, what would the cost for the trigger/assembly be? Was not sure if it is a metal trigger that works with the current sear, etc. or if it a completely new assembly. Any information you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Have others who are also interested in this information.

Dear Sir,
thank you foryour interest in our products.
These new DIANA air rifles will be available on July only and the new triggers can't be provided earlier.

So it appears that the triggers will be available it I read this right. Here's hoping this is correct.
