And if you have a Hard shooting pellet gun or whatever it's make up YOU HAD BETTER ORDER PARTS NOW !! ( specialy Spings - And the power p;amys assembly for spares - parts )

Please, let's not start another of these threads. It's been beat to death. Seems EVERY forum is down with Cabin Fever this week!

It's really sad to think that someone would even want to take away guns. America was built on guns.

Pilgrims leave England (probably didn't have guns).
Pilgrims brought guns.
Pilgrims killed natives with guns.
Natives stole guns and killed pilgrims.
Wars with guns.
More wars with guns.
People in America get lazy, go to Africa with guns, take slaves (who don't have guns).
Slaves who escape are killed (often with guns).
More wars- with guns.
More killing natives with guns.
War with guns over slaves.
Freed slaves not allowed to have guns (Jim Crow laws).
Even more killing natives, yet again with guns. (see a pattern emerging?)
War with Mexico and others- with guns.
War in Europe
Prohibition- booze smugglers use guns
More war in Europe
Veterans return home and buy guns
War in Korea

Need I explain more? All major political events in the last 300 years have involved guns in one way or another. I know that this is an airgunning forum, but we still count as gun owners to most people. Hell, those of us with bigbores could kill people at close range with them (lets not try it, eh?).

This thread reads like 300 years of negative incidents involving guns, not supporting them. And the big bore remark can easily be taken the wrong way. This thread serves no positive purpose. Let it sink off the page, please!

If we didn't have guns, we would kill ourselves some other way.
But we would still kill ourselves.

First, it's old news. Second, it's not exactly what I would pick to promote gun ownership.

Maybe Johannis had a point a while back. The forum is starting to sound like a back room.

Hi Redfeather and All
I know this is / has been / beaten to death and has been for so long that most everyone is just lulled into thinking here they go again .

But just a few weeks ago as well as what is HIDDEN IN the Stimulus Package !! There is a House Bill # 45 take time to read it !!!!

Please trust me when I say BB / Pellet / Air / Spring / guns are next first will be the power level and then maybe the cal. size .

If I have bothered / offended / or bored anyone with this information I am sorry . I don't even know that WE as citizens / Hobbyist / Paper target shooters or just plain collectors can do anything to stop any of this .

Thank you all who read this forum for taking time to read and share your comments and thoughts on the subject .
