After posting about my New HW70 pistol and carrying it into the field, Red Feather make a good observation concerning the laws of Concealment.Yes, even a pellet gun could get you in trouble. As you know they can define the law, any which way they want. In any case, I just returned from the courthouse after submitting my application for a "concealed weapons permit" ($50.00 lighter). Yes for my pellet gun. Better to be safe than sorry.

$50 is nothing compared to a defense lawyer's fees. They don't drive better cars than we do for nothing. Now be sure you can SHOOT it legally. Good luck!
