Has anyone seen one, are they around yet ?
It looks like a slightly shrunken 31/34 ideal for the UK, are they going to around in the US ?

The new 280 is just a Diana 28 with a different wooden stock and fiber optic sights.

From what I gather, they are slightly more powerful than a 24, sort of a nice balance between the 24 and 34. Now, if they would only bring back the 27.

There was a first Diana 28. It was a less powered version of the second model. Think, also, the compression tube on the older version was more narrow.


The first version had a monte-carlo stock, and is a +- 7fpe gun.

The second/last version has bavarian-shaped stock (now has a dual cheek-piece and optics sights)), and is a +- 10.5fpe one.

BTW, the model 26 shares the same power plant with the 28/280.
