Looking at the piston dead on from the front, where should I place the buttons according to a clock face? Need locations for the front and back of the piston. I'm talking about the JM glue on buttons, btw. -TKM-

What would X likely say? To me, 12, 4 and 8 makes sense. I guess a person could do 12, 4 and 8 on the back and 6, 2 and 10 on the front. I suppose that would work since the front of the piston doesn't come back far enough for the button to snag on the cocking slot.

Keith:
but how many buttons would you want at that o'clock
12, 3, 6, 9
or maybe
1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11
from the front of the piston to the rear
we could play with #'s all day long
it is not MORE is better or less is BAD
warren
PS: to ME the right placement is KEY and the less the better, WHY?? less friction
