Help Building A Site

I am looking to create a web simple but info packed site. I own 2 that deal with a subject outside the target of the new site.

The other sites were built by professionals and I want to build this one alone. I have some HTML knoweledge and would like to know if anyone knows of a template site or freeware to construct this site.

Trafic I know how to get, it's the site I need help building...
