Hi Yahim,
I don't speak the language of most of the text on the page but my general impression was that it was a very busy page. I would think you would want it more focused ... that is, get your visitor to take one primary action when they visit the site. If you give them too many choices they feel overwhelmed and sometime don't do anything.
Just my opinion.
