Increase your sales ratio by offering free samples of your multimedia products. This is a great way of collecting email addresses for future promotion. By offering free samples, you'll build a level of trust that will make it easier for the customers to buy from you in the near future.
Offer them free products and charge for the shipping. If you're lucky, you can probably work in the cost of the CD into the shipping cost.
