Response to let me explain this fee increase

It appears I read your message wrong. You were refering to the $750 fee increase and not the .03% increase.

I apologize.

Anyhow, the increase stated above is really true too. I know the actual high risk adult fee is only $500, so companies like ibill are making an extra $250. For those in the high risk adult catagory, it is these 3rd party processors that will take on your business. It is almost impossible to get your own merchant account for this type of business anymore, so basically you will need to pony up the fee or shut down the sight.

Now ibill may be passing this fee on to everybody, I don't know. However if your business is not considered high risk adult and they are charging you this fee, get your own merchant account. No need to pay this fee if your business is not considered adult high risk.
