traditional brick and mortar business

Many thanks for your response. I have built and sold several small b&m businesses and the single item most required is the ability to communicate with fellow businesses so that you can use the precious time that is left after a long working day most effectively.
At present I own a business doing internal building renovations and most of my fellow businesses are single owned operations.
