Yup - still unable to access the control panel -
even their order servers were down earlier today, at
least those seem to be up again.
You are right - whatever the reason for significant
downtime, communication with their customers is the
key - something they MOST certainly have not done.
Always knew having a second payment option on a sales
page was important - but now it's really paying off.
