Response to setting up for collecting email addresses??

Hello Jonas,

Well done for looking to find the best solution
for your business, and invest your money wisely.

The advices from Willie Crawford, K.C. Duering and
Bill Edwards are good in deed.

However, I want you to think about the impact
Broadband is having on many businesses. Because
you may have connection from your computer to the
internet with speed rate of
128K, 512K or 1Meg (or more) bits per second.

Do you wants ALL the email addresses you collected
sitting on your computer hard disk? Or sitting on a
third party Hard disk?

The answer to the above question will determine what
type of system you should use.

As for me, I think Broadband has given us the
opportunity to have our subscribers to our newsletter
sitting on our local hard disks (also, on backup disk).

As a result, I am in control and in charge of when
to send my newsletter, without worrying if the third
party computers/servers is up or down. Also, if I fail
to backup my lists I have myself to blame. I can't

A Personal Computer with e-mail software (with
personalized mailing capability). It is very important
that you use e-mail software that allows you to
"personalized" your messages.
The software you pick is your choice. My advice is to choose one
that is simple, and easy to use. I personally use
postmaster e-mail software

With my choice, I am in charge of my lists. You can

Success To You,
