For a minisite you can get an account most anywhere. The cheaper the better. You do not need all of the bells and whistles. The main thing you want is a site with no pop-ups or banner advertisements.

The advantage of more expensive accounts is if you decide to expand. It is even more valuable if you need cgi scripts, purl, or other server side languages.
