Sure you can go for an online service such as Postmaster - and pay a monthly fee.
But a more economical approach is to buy appropriate software and have it installed at your own web server.
That's what I did, and the software costs US$100 only.

Then, I've also installed a software at my home page that automatically grabs the visitor's email address (with his/her consent, of course!).
