Greetings,

With all the tensions throughout the world, whether you believe the US government is correct or not, all of us need to support the US troops as well as others overseas.

I recently found out that besides a time of war, there are literally thousands of military families struggling to make ends meet.

These are the same brave men and women who defend our most basic human rights and permit us to remain free.

During and after the war, many military families will need assistance. A real fact is that some of these men and women my not return home in the event of this or any other war.

As a whole, most of us wait until something happens to assist those in need. Now we have an opportunity to assist before an actual tragedy exists. I would suggest that each of us place a link to one of many military support programs on one or more of our sites.

One program from a list of many for those not wishing to have to search out a program is provided by the American Red Cross. It is the Emergency Financial Assistance Program for those in the military and their immediate families.

After reviewing many plans, this one seemed to be the easiest for military personnel to receive funds quickly when the need arises.
