Response to Re: How much Traffic are you getting to your Site?

Hello Wayne,

First off your Visitor to Subscriber rate is 9.8% which is OK. This is of course if you are not paying to get them to your site. From what I read in your first post you are using only the following:

Ezine Directories
Announcement Lists
Writing articles
Placing free ads in other publisher's ezine (Not Ad Swap)

Now from what I know these are all Free. So you want to achieve a couple of things here first. The first one is getting more Free Traffic. The second is increasing your Visitor to Subscriber rate.

As for the Free Traffic, there are 3 that I would use. Actually there are a hell of a lot more, but I would go with these first.

The first is Search Engine Submission. There is a bit to learn especially as you need to get it right first up but you can get a lot of Traffic. This you should have done this first and judging by your Website layout, you probably have. I do know where you can get a couple of good Search Engine Promotion Software Packages. They both have 30-Day Trials, so you will still not be spending any money either.

The second is something I just read about submitting Classifieds to Yahoo. There is a trick you can use to submit Free Classifieds to Yahoo. This can guarantee about an extra 100-200 extra Visitors a Week.

The third depends on your Subscriber Base. If it is over 1000 then you have something to play with. If it were I would look at starting a few Joint Ventures with other Newsletter or Ezine List Owners. I know quite a bit about Joint Ventures and Endorsement Marketing. You can achieve 2 things here; some extra income for no financial outlay and the second is new Customers and Subscribers to your List. If you have a list that is over 1,000 and your own products then you are in business with this.

Anyway, I am putting together the information for the above first 2. The Yahoo Classifieds is a Free Ebook, but I have lost the link. So I am trying to find that. This is bit of info on Search Engine Submission in this Forum. Just scroll down to SEO Resource in this Forum. Go to the Link and get the Free Non-Techies Guide Ebook. I will have the links for the Software later.

As for the Joint Ventures, there is a lot that needs to be discussed and clarified here. I would like to know your Subscriber Base and if you have any of your own products for sale.

You can email me at my personal email address. iwi.tate@xtra.co.nz

I will get back to you on how to get your Visitor to Subscriber rate higher as well.

Regards,

Anthony Iwikau
