Response to What are the top 5 Question you would like answering?

Roger,

From your post, I'm assuming you would like to create an internet marketing how-to book?

I would advise against this unless you can bring something new to this subject that's been overdone.

First you will be fighting alot of competiton from all those others that have similar products. Second, and this is a tough call, can a newbie complete against all those internet marketing giants? Bit difficult.

This is what kind of internet marketing book I would buy:

1. Original thinkers giving orginal ideas

2. Solutions that work - not tricks that work one day and not the next

3. Nothing you can find on the net for free

4. Customised to a niche. For instance, one of my books is an internet marketing book for fiction writers. It sells well because it 'speaks' to them directly and it's highly focused only to them.

I would advise you to be different. When you are doing the same as thousands of others you blend in with the crowd.

This is just my opinion. I may be wrong. What does the rest of this board think?
