Hello,

I am interested in gaining greater insight into the business benefits of online communities. In particular, I understand that virtual trade shows and specific brand communities can be useful in generating customer loyalty. I would be grateful for any feedback from those that have either had experiences with such communities, from a business or personal point of view, or with regards to further academic literature either supporting or refuting this issue.
