Hi Bree.

Reichheld has written quite a lot about E-customer loyalty. He explores the theme that by creating online communities firms can actually monitor these forums, thereby identifying possible opportunities to better satisfy the needs of their customers and adapt their product/service to create superior customer value.

Reicheld has also written a book entilted "Loyalty Rules" which may be a valuable source of reference.
