One thing to remember when using a library computer system: It is NOT set up to have all the bells and whistles of your home computer. You'll probably find the basic MS Office apps and a web browser, but not much more than that.
As for e-mail? Check and see if your ISP offers some sort of Web Mail. Remember, that library PC probably doesn't have Outlook installed. Something to keep in mind when you click on a website's e-mail link...
