but that still leaves the client with a an MP3 or WAV file that needs to be encoded to play on a web page, and most people don't know how to do that.
My site offers the full package, so everything from writing the script to installing the message and configuring how often it plays is all done by us.
It would certainly be an interesting idea for a new website though, if anyone had experience of the markets that are likely to want voiceovers
