I take a look at your web site. Honestly, the site need to be re-designed.
1. The background is very harsh on the eye. It does not work with the images, and the link color.
2. The images need to be of higher resolution (need to be clearer). You are in a business where visual is very important.
3. When they click on a thumbnail, you do show a larger image. This image need to be even larger, clearer, and center on the screen. On this page where you show the large image, you need to have an "Add to cart" button.
4. The navigation need to change. The "Home", "About us", "Contact us", "Policies", "Size chart", "How to order", "Links.htm", "Add to favorite", need to be horizontal, and perhaps should be at the bottom of the page.
5. You don't need "Printable Order Form". Perhaps, you should generate a receipt so that they can print it after they checkout. Beside, I don't think that the printable order form is effective.
6. Overall, you need to pump your site up in term of graphic quality. Take a look at

7. You should have a good stock of high quality banners.
8. Perhaps, you should consider to offer an affiliate program.
