The site goes immediately into a secure session - this can be off putting and ought to have a splash screen first telling people they are entering a secure site. My browser gave me several dialogs about site certificates which was also a little disconcerting.The design itself is a bit basic and needs jazzing up a bit. The text would look better (IMHO) padded on the left and some link rollovers would also make the site feel more professional. Sorry to sound a bit negative - it's a good solid start but I feel it needs more work. Good luck with it.
