Hi,

Actually, it wasn't stolen - in the good sense - from my
wallet. But it's something close to this subject.

Almost a month ago I order something and pay online with my
credit card. I don't think I should tell you what I buy.

Well... what the hell, it was a domain name. A cheaper domain
for only $5.95. I intend to build a mini-site around a good
keyphrase and product.

But couple of days ago I call to the Bank and ask how much
money do I have on my CC. I was surprised to discover that I
was charged $19.99 for that domain name.

Normally, I email to the company from which I buy that
domain name. Up until today, no response.

OK, the difference it's not too much, only $14, but those
were MY money, and they do NOT offer something in exchange.
So why to give them for free?

I normally want my money back, or make a barter with the
company. I consider to give them a call, but slightly
chances to resolve something (after all, who's gonna go to
the court for $14.00?).

So, if you encountered such situations, how did you handled?
What do you think I should do? Am I lose those money?

But what in the future? What IF they'll charge me again, without
knowing?

Thanks,

Valeriu
