It's easy to find out - you simply copy a long sentence from this forum that took place, say, 4 weeks ago and then paste it unto google.com
If your top 10 search results do show up such specific post, then you'll know the answer.
That's how I find out that my phpBB Internet Marketing forum at
http://profits.cc/forum is 100% indexed by Google. Its Google's PageRank of 3 also helps.
