How I'd go about marketing them is through ecourses that are related to the products you're selling.
So for instance, the Super Affiliate Handbook would be the perfect product to recommend in a course that was all about helping affiliates make their businesses more profitable.
And Cash Copy would be great in a course that teaches people how to improve their copy writing skills.
You can find ready made courses by searching in Google or do some research and write your own.
