Consumer perception is very tricky.
I'd suggest, as written in the headline, you make both
offers to your visitors and see what happens...
I would even try a split run test.
Your coaching offer is perceived as something different
from your ebook offer, and could have less or even no
perceived competitors.
Since an offer is always considered against it's
perceived competition, your ebook offer is likely
to be perceived as something completely different
from your previous offer... Only because it has
different competitors.
