As long as you're filing your internet income, etc. on your taxes.
So is a certain portion of your rent/mortgage, utilities, phone lines, etc.

I believe the program is offered free now, but I always purchase the "deluxe" version for 10-bucks 'cause it allows me to file electronically at no extra charge, and get my refund back in 10-days!
I've been using this software for 3 years now, with NO problems.
