Thanks for the great information and advice. Do you think I should have buyers download the 3 bonuses separately - or perhaps send them by mail?

Also, the book was prepared as a book for print and I am just having it put in electronic form so that it can be downloaded. Is there anything special I have to change - such as margins, word-count per page, etc. Is 264 pages too long? It also has about 40 line drawings.
