This is my experience...
I've tried Traffic Swarm and another start-page rotator called No More Hits. I would rank both as "poor." They bring very little in the way of traffic and the sales conversion rate is awful.
The reason I think they are poor choices for quality traffic/sales conversion is that all the people who sign up for these systems are entrepreneurs trying to pitch their products to other entrepreneurs, who are not interested in buying but pitching their own products etc...etc.
Writing articles, participating in joint-ventures and ad swaps are my recommendations for getting more traffic and sales online.
