Response to Is "web-based" Coaching a Viable Product?

For a couple of years I wrote and emailed a training course to all of my downline, showing them exactly what I'm doing, and how they can do it too, and make money like I am.

Well, I noticed that my downline didn't do a thing. In fact, quite a percentage of them just upped and quit. So, I changed my training course several times, but the same percentage of people quit, and not one person, out of the hundreds in my downline, was implimenting a thing I was teaching. :-|

I then decided to stop offering the training to my new recruits, and amazingly, most people didn't quit, but actually worked at it. The only problem? Many of my new recruits felt overwhelmed, and didn't know how/where to start. So, I then tried emailing them just one welcome email, that taught them the basics, and let them know how to contact me, if they have any questions.

This has worked out best for me. Most of my new recruits stay on, and some of them are even trying.
