It has been said many a time that simplicity in website design is imperative. But as an avid surfer with a broad band connection, i take much delight in clever "bells and whistles" on well-designed websites.
So the question is, baring in mind that not EVERYONE has a fast internet connection, and yet trying to design a website that allows users a unique experience, how much is TOO much when attempting to implement a website using the lastest technology?
