On the advice of business partner's son, we are now using Sype and loving it.
It is a bandwidth hog as it will use anywhere from 30 - 70% of your bandwidth while you're connected.
The quality was excellent. I use broadband with a headset mike and my sound routed through my external speakers.
She was using a laptop w/wireless card, the built-in speaker and sound.
