I am a new small business owner. I have had my site up 6 weeks now. I have had very little success with bringing people to my site. Am I being impatient?
Adwords didn't work. I paid a fortune for clicks but no sales...the search engines have spidered my site according to my web developer, to no avail. I am still unranked in Googles PR and can't find my site on any engine.
Can anyone help?

http://www.nev-corp.com. Is there something wrong with it? I have asked my web developer to change my title and heading tags. They are not responding very promptly.
Any suggestions are welcomed.
