Problem With Internet Traffic

Hi all,

I have a problem with my internet traffic. It seems that the number of bytes sent is so much larger than the number of bytes received. This caused my internet speed to slow down and sometimes it takes 5 minutes to open a page.

I've installed Spybot as I've suspected that there are spywares inside my computer. But the problem is still there. Does anyone know what causes this? Could anyone suggest what I should to to stop it?
