First of all, let me say you have an attractive website.
But there are questions I'd ask, and depending on the
answers you provided, I'd make suggestions.
For example:
Where is your traffic coming from? How does it happen that
people surf on over to your site (I mean other than forum
participants). Do you have FPC going on? Ezine ads?
Offline ads?
What do your ads say?
I'd give you a bunch of other questions, too. And, again,
depending on your answers, I'd make suggestions.
Here's one that just seems to cry out at me:
No headline. Nothing that tells me in a heartbeat what I'm
going to get because I was fortunate enough to land on your
homepage and what I'll get if I'm smart enough to stay now
that I'm here.
For example: "Looking for the perfect gift for your best
lady?" Or whatever is politically correct these day - I got
scolded when I said to a few women I know, "How you gals
doing?" "Gals! How dare you!" I mean for crying out loud!
Anyway, I digress again.
Or perhaps this: "Ladies. Now that you've reached your goal
weight, we have the perfect sexy outfits for you! Explore
your new freedom!"
See - I'd make it at least somewhat related to your
advertising.
