Thanks for your post. To be honest, I have not read the book, but I have come to the conclusion that the niche market that I will be focusing on will be that of the growing aging/greying population.
But one of the main concerns that I am worried about is the computer literacy of this target market. How come I reach out to them effectively given their limited knowledge of computers and the Internet? Any ideas anyone?
