Definitely a great business to have, if you manage to find a place near to a University or few colleges. Just a simple friendly ambience pub concentrating mainly on students will do. This is so as you need to concentrate on beverage cost more as to provide the best alcoholic deals. Good business during weekends & on festivals like Halloween, Christmas, etc. To keep the business going, do organize some events like DJ Competition, Talent Night, Gigs, etc to keep the party going for these students, as most won’t like to have the same pub night every week. Of cause do not forget to slip in ladies night as this will attract all the guys & your pub is going to blast the whole city! Cheers!
