I recently had a taste for a cheeseburger from a small "mom and pop" place in my home town, I didn't have their phone number though so just for kicks I typed in their name on my browser and guess what? Their website came up, and I could even place my order online for delivery and pay with my credit card online, and they even had an online coupon that saved me some money, so I placed my order and 30 minutes later I got my order.
I was absolutely impressed, I didn't think the owner of this little fast food restaurant would even think about getting a website.
I am sure I'm not the only one looking for local businesses online, so I would say that having an online presence no matter what your business is, is a MUST.
