Dear Joe: I'm just like you I'm know expert I believe the difference is in degrees. But I'll tell ya this I was on a Ebay then I went to a another website www.bidville.com and saw under there instructional video section a tape on how and where to raise $5,000 and something to a million dollars, for 99 cent.
