Almost all, if not ALL, of the sites that offer 10,000 visitors to your site for whatever price are completely CRAP!
They will send you untargetted visitors (or fake visitors) usually as some sort of redirect or robot or something else you don't want.
Not worth it and unethical to put on your site in my humble opinion.
