I'm sure many of you are aware of the named individuals in the subject of this post but supposedly I guess there is some Drama going on between those in the subject line and those who created and promote NicheMonster...Not really sure what it is all about though...
I was a member of the named individuals sites QTJ, SEG, and NBT up untill today when I realized that my access to those mebership sites were cancelled without cause by the owners of those sites (except for NBT, I can still post there I think I still have access untill the end of the month)...I got one arbitrary statement from James Brausch stating the following: [b]"Hi Keith,
Anyone who violates the non-disclosure agreement is permanently banned from QTJ and will be reported to the Nevada district attorney for possible prosecution of a class C felony.
We also reserve the right to collect damages in a civil process.

Supposedly I violated a non-disclosure agreement with James...Don't know what the heck I did to Kirt Christensen have not heard a word from him yet!..But I did receive this in my e-mail today

The Crazy thing though, is I never requested a refund...Someone did it for me..Who can do that?..Logically the only person can be Kirt...I already emailed Kirt twice and even called him and left a message...
I think My association with NicheMonster is the "Real" reason my memberships to those mentioned sites were cancelled....
Let me Just make clear to everyone here I never disclosed any of the so-called "secrets" that goes on over at the QTJ or SEG site but yet I am accused of violating a non-disclosure...
Sounds to me that James and Kurt are affraid or just Extremely mistaken which is understandable..they are human...and I am willing to forgive
First of all I would never Knowingly violate any proprietary information to a membership site especially when there seems to be some controversy surrounding it and it is under the microscope...I just don't do that...It's not me...
I just am a little perterbed of being accused of something that I know I did not do and no explanation or proof was given to me to explain the cancelations...Not to mention that I was quasi-threatened of a possible civil suit filed against me...For what?...What the Heck did I do!!!
Is it because I am a member of NicheMonster?...If that is the Reason, then They should say so...Actually there is a post on the Niche Monster board where I was defending James Braush and encourged other Niche Monster members Not to share the so called "secret" information on the Niche Monster Board from QTJ ....Yet I am accused of violating a non-disclosure agreement....
I have respect for all those mentioned in the subject but I have to say I am very perterbed....
