I use a $30 software program (came with hard copy user manual) to create decent web pages...
My other costs are: Domain name, under $10/year; hosting service, under $100/year.
And, I earned $1,050 in the last 24 hours.
Oodles of products/services are available for the taking. If you need suggestions, I will help. Driving traffic to your site, after it is functioning, will be your biggest challenge.
