Knowing who will buy your product is half the battle. The other half is how to reach the target audience. My suggestion is to advertise with ezine owners or try to start some kind of joint venture with them.
An ezine is an electronic magazine sent via email. Many owners sell advertising space to compensate the price of running the ezine so they can keep the subscriptions free. Many times the ezine sites will list the demographics of the readership, otherwise email the ezine owner and ask. You will definately find your target audience this way, in fact its the best way to target your marketing...
ALso a lead capture page is highly recommended. You will build up your own opt in database that you can market whenever you like. If you tie that lead capture page with an autoresponder series, you will build repore.... therefore make more sales.
To find ezines search out ezine directories. One that comes to mind is directoryofezines.com but that is subscription based to gain access. there are tons of free ones out there, they just require a little looking!
Lastly, the most effective kind of ad is a solo ad. This is where your ad goes out in the ezines mailing by itself. If you need a little cheaper ad, go for a top ad. Stay away from any other ads, they are a waste of money because people will skim by them!
