Hi,
I am currently considering starting a business in California developing software. Me and a friend will be co-owners of the company. I am trying to figure out how much taxes we will pay. I am not sure if we will incorporate or have a limited liability partnership or any of that. I do not know anything about that stuff yet. I only mention that because I assume that might have some bearing on the amount of taxes we will pay on our revenue. Can anyone give me an estimate on how much we will be taxed on our income. or is it much more complicated than that? If so, are there any good sites out there than can give me some good direction on how i may be able to estimate the amount of money that can be made for this business.
